The unit strictly maintains combat readiness, builds a system of documents, and organizes training plans close to the actual situation. At the same time, deploys the arrangement of barracks, consolidates the system of signs, regular boards, facilities for eating, living, working, etc.

During the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee and the Defense Command of Region 2 - Phu Loi determined to continue to comprehensively lead the implementation of political tasks, advise and coordinate to guide combat exercises in the commune-level defense area to achieve good results. In 2025, strive to have 80% and from 2026, 100% of officers and soldiers have an understanding of digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills, and be able to use digital platforms and services to serve their work. The unit strives to add 6,000 VND/person/day to the agency block from increased production activities.
