During the past term, BIDV Lam Son Party Committee has been united, unanimous, and focused on leading the implementation of the Resolution of the Congress for the term 2020 - 2025. Based on the Resolution of the Party Committee, the direction and operation of BIDV and local practices to develop annual business goals, tasks, and targets; direct and lead cadres, party members, and employees to successfully complete the annual business plan and successfully implement the Resolution of the Congress for the term 2020-2025. The indicators on outstanding loan growth, capital mobilization, credit quality, and annual revenue and expenditure difference results have all been completed and exceeded the plan. The branch's operating structure and customer base have been constantly developed and shifted in a positive direction. BIDV Lam Son Branch has maintained its rank 1 since 2019, with 1 transaction office ranked as special. The branch has been classified as having excellently completed its tasks for many consecutive years in the BIDV system.

In addition to credit activities, BIDV Lam Son also focuses on social security work with practical activities such as: Giving Tet gifts to poor households; supporting to overcome the consequences of natural disasters; supporting the construction of charity houses; awarding scholarships to poor children who overcome difficulties to study well...
