In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the Military Region's Art Troupe comprehensively led all aspects of work to complete the goals and targets set by the Congress Resolution, with some completing them excellently. Typically, the troupe staged 150 new performances, performed nearly 400 performances for officers, soldiers and people (of which 50 were performed on Tho Chu, Phu Quoc and Truong Sa Islands; 30% of the performances were broadcast live); maintained the achievement of winning the Gold Medal 3 times in a row in participating in the professional art performance festival of the whole army.

Colonel Trinh Hoang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Political Department, Deputy Director of Politics of Military Region 9, gave a speech directing the Congress.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the Military Region's Art Troupe will innovate and create, improve the artistic quality of performance programs, and increase professionalism; properly implement digital transformation progress, apply information technology to artistic activities; improve the capacity, pioneering spirit, and responsibility for the profession of cadres and party members in performing their tasks.

Speaking at the Congress, Colonel Trinh Hoang Phong requested the Party Committee of the Military Region's Art Troupe to continue to lead and direct the Troupe to perform its political functions and tasks well, build a strong and clean Party Committee, a strong and comprehensive unit that is "exemplary and exemplary", and has a good cultural environment. After the Congress, the Party Executive Committee will thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the working regulations of the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, the regulations on leadership of key work aspects; and lead the implementation of training, fostering, and retraining to improve the quality of human resources in accordance with their strengths and specialized talents.
