The local fire fighting force deployed rescue, guided escape, put out the fire on the spot and called 114. Hue City Police mobilized forces to the scene to coordinate fire fighting and rescue and reported to the Chairman of Hue City People's Committee to mobilize more forces to extinguish the fire as well as rescue the victims.
