The Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lang Son province is united, creative, and oriented towards the grassroots.

On July 18, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee of Lang Son province held its first Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

The first Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee of Lang Son province for the 2025-2030 term took place at a time when the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee is striving to successfully complete the tasks and goals set out in the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, towards the 18th Congress of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

With the theme "Solidarity, creativity, breakthroughs, innovation in working methods, focusing on the grassroots", the Congress set out the task of strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party organization in terms of politics , ideology, organization and ethics; improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of the contingent of cadres and Party members.

In particular, the Party Committee proactively innovates leadership methods, promotes administrative reform, applies digital technology, and meets requirements in the new development stage.

At the same time, the Congress set out the task of promoting the core political role of the Party organization in the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province; improving the effectiveness of coordination with the government and mass organizations in performing political tasks.

During the 2025-2030 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee of Lang Son province proposed 3 groups of breakthrough tasks to be implemented:

Firstly , building a team of "3-competence" cadres: social mobilization - social media - social technology, associated with planning and training young, capable and dedicated cadres.

Second , apply technology platforms to connect union members-members-people, promote the role of digital community. Accordingly, deploy mobile applications, interactive electronic information pages in order to promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of members. The work of digitizing the entire database of union members, serving smart management and timely support is also focused.

Third , develop self-management models, safe inter-family groups, people's mutual assistance groups... linked to people's needs, exploiting the endogenous strength of the community. At the same time, promote the people's supervisory role through self-management groups, resident communities, and social networks.

Accordingly, build community activity models, cultural activity points connecting organizations, associations, clubs, actively connect networks of intellectuals, businessmen, artists, and prestigious people to participate in the mass movement.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Doan Thi Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Lang Son province, requested that the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lang Son province must make more efforts and determination to lead and direct the unified bloc of the Fatherland Front and its member organizations to become stronger and operate more effectively.

Comrade Doan Thi Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Lang Son province delivered a speech directing the Congress.

In particular, promoting the spirit of solidarity and democracy in Party activities; focusing on political and ideological education, training the qualities and revolutionary ethics of Party members, at the same time upholding the sense of responsibility, performing well assigned tasks associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and style.

The Provincial Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front needs to continue to closely follow the key political tasks, have solutions to overcome limitations and improve the quality of supervision and social criticism; in implementing tasks, it is necessary to associate digital transformation and information technology application.

In the coming term, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee also emphasized that the Provincial Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front needs to continue to effectively implement the policy of innovation and streamlining the organization of the Fatherland Front and its member organizations in accordance with the direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Congress also approved the Decision to appoint personnel for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, the positions of Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Chairman, and Deputy Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term, including 12 comrades.

Comrade Nguyen Hoang Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Van, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province, was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of the Inspection Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee of Lang Son province.

Along with that, the Congress also approved the list of delegates attending the Congress of Party Committees of Lang Son province, including 33 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates.

The Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee in Lang Son province took place in the first days of operating the two-level local government apparatus, a new organizational model of the Vietnam Fatherland Front nationwide with a new spirit and enthusiasm.

This is an important, extensive and meaningful political activity, affirming the achievements after a term, and at the same time drawing lessons in the leadership and direction of the Party.

The Congress is also an opportunity for Party members of the entire Party Committee to clearly demonstrate their will and determination to build the Party organization, marking an important milestone in the National Solidarity Front, contributing together with the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Lang Son province to successfully implement the goals and tasks of the upcoming 2025-2030 term.
