During the past term, the Party Committee of the General Staff Department has been highly united, proactive and creative, with many policies and solutions to successfully implement the goals and tasks set out in the resolution of the General Staff Party Congress. Notably, the leadership has performed well the functions of the general staff agency, successfully completing the political tasks of combat readiness (SSCD), airspace management; participating in drills, training competitions, and sports; the work of building discipline and managing discipline has had many progressive changes. Promoting the role and responsibility, setting an example for each cadre and party member in performing their duties, successfully completing assigned tasks.

Colonel Dao Hong Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Commander of the 375th Air Defense Division, gave a speech directing the congress.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the General Staff Department determined to focus on improving comprehensive leadership capacity, improving combat readiness capabilities, and airspace management. Developing science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, and administrative reform in the agency. Leading to improve the quality of training work, focusing on training cadres and combat crew training. Leading to make steady changes in the work of building discipline, managing discipline, and ensuring safety in all activities. Organizing and concretizing the "3 breakthroughs" of the Division Party Committee in line with the requirements and tasks of the Department.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Tu, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Division, Secretary of the Party Committee of the General Staff Office, chaired the congress.

Innovate methods and working styles, improve the capacity and effectiveness of the cadres at all levels, the cadres of companies and platoons. Improve the quality of ideological management, internal political situation; build discipline, management,education on law enforcement and discipline. Innovate and improve the quality of regular training, training in sports, competitions, drills, live ammunition shooting, strive to achieve excellence and high prizes.

Colonel Le Tran Phuong, Deputy Division Commander, Chief of Staff of Air Defense Division 375, chaired the report at the congress.

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Dao Hong Phuong praised the achievements of the General Staff Party Committee in the past term; at the same time, he requested the General Staff Party Committee to continue to thoroughly grasp and perform well the task of advising and directing to assist the Standing Committee, Party Committee, and Division Commander in leading and directing to ensure good training, combat readiness, and airspace management of the Division. Actively promote studying and following the ideology, morality, and style of Ho Chi Minh.

The congress proceeded to vote.

The new Party Executive Committee and delegates attending the higher-level Congress were introduced.

With a democratic spirit and high political responsibility, the Congress elected 11 comrades to the Party Executive Committee of the General Staff Department for the 2025-2030 term; elected 18 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 14th Division Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term with a high number of votes of confidence.
