The first communal party committee in Phu Tho held a congress.

Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police Nguyen Minh Tuan presented flowers to congratulate the first Thanh Ba Commune Party Congress.

Attending the congress were 188 official delegates representing the will and aspirations of over 2,300 party members in the entire Party Committee.

The political report presented at the congress stated that Thanh Ba Commune Party Committee was established on the basis of merging 4 Party Committees: Van Linh, Dong Xuan, Hanh Cu and Thanh Ba town. During the last term, the Commune Party Committee identified key tasks in line with the practical situation and achieved important results in all areas.

With the spirit of innovation and creativity in leadership and direction, determination in management and implementation, 9/10 targets have been achieved and exceeded the targets set out in the Resolution. Average income per capita is estimated at 53.63 million VND/year, reaching 97.06% of the plan; the multidimensional poverty rate decreased to 3.76%, exceeding the plan by 28%; the rate of population participating in health insurance is 93.25%, reaching 100% of the plan; 5 model new rural residential areas; the rate of population using clean water and hygienic water is 100%; the rate of grassroots party organizations completing their annual tasks well is 85.7%...

Notably, the average income per capita is estimated at nearly 54 million VND per person per year; all 4/4 communes and towns before the merger met the new rural and civilized urban standards, of which Dong Xuan commune met the advanced new rural standards, contributing to increasing people's income.

The economic structure has shifted in the right direction, the application of high technology in agricultural production has initially achieved efficiency and there is a national 5-star OCOP product, Thanh Ba purple bud tea.

The work of building the Party and the political system has received much attention, the activities of the People's Council and People's Committee have had many innovations, are practical, effective and efficient. The Fatherland Front and mass organizations have increasingly promoted their role of representing the legitimate and legal interests of the people, members, and union members...

In the new term, Thanh Ba Commune Party Committee identified 2 breakthroughs: Promoting digital transformation in the political system to meet the requirements of management, operation, serving the people and socio-economic development associated with the process of building an advanced new rural commune; developing agriculture towards commodity production, applying high technology, positioning Thanh Ba purple tea brand to become a specialty brand... The Congress also identified 6 key tasks, 5 groups of tasks and solutions to implement the breakthroughs and targets set in the new term.

Speaking at the congress, Major General Nguyen Minh Tuan, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police, requested that in the new term, the Party Committee of the commune needs to quickly stabilize its apparatus, strengthen Party building and the political system; build a great solidarity and unity bloc within the entire Party Committee; promote the spirit of initiative, innovation and creativity in implementing political goals and tasks.

The Congress voted to pass the Resolution of the Congress for the next term.

Seriously and effectively implement the 4 key Resolutions of the Politburo according to functions and tasks, in accordance with the actual situation and requirements of the locality; promote administrative reform, digital transformation to improve the efficiency of the apparatus; ensure national defense, security, social order and safety. In particular, it is necessary to effectively implement socio-economic development programs, aiming at the core goal of improving people's lives.

In the immediate future, the Thanh Ba Commune Party Committee needs to quickly stabilize its apparatus, build great solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee; promote the spirit of initiative, innovation and creativity in implementing the Party Committee's political goals and tasks for the 2025-2030 term.

Continue to promote administrative reform, promote comprehensive digital transformation, build a clean, efficient and effective administration, and improve the operational efficiency of the Public Administration Service Center. Strengthen the building of a truly clean and strong Party and political system, associated with promoting administrative reform within the Party, identifying this as a key task to ensure the comprehensive leadership of the Party.

The Congress announced the Decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Inspection Committee of Thanh Ba Commune Party Committee for the 2015-2023 term. Comrade Nguyen Kim Chi continued to be appointed as Secretary of Thanh Ba Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
