Register for the 2025 specialized competency assessment exam at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education from February 24

In 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education will organize 3 specialized competency assessment exams in Ho Chi Minh City and many other provinces and cities.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Education has just announced the plan to organize the specialized competency assessment exam (H-SCA) in 2025. Candidates will start registering for the H-SCA exam in 2025 from February 24.

3 specialized competency assessment exams take place in April, May and July 2025

MSc. Nguyen Ngoc Trung - Vice Principal of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, said that this year, the school will organize 3 rounds of H-SCA exams.

In addition to the testing locations in Ho Chi Minh City, the 2025 H-SCA exam will also be held in the provinces of Gia Lai , Can Tho, Hue, Da Nang, Long An and the Central Highlands.

Specifically, the first round will take place on April 3, 4, 5, and 6 at testing sites in Ho Chi Minh City, Gia Lai, Can Tho , and Da Nang; the second round (May 22, 23, 24, and 25) at testing sites in Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Dak Lak, and Hue; and the third round (July 8, 9, and 10) at testing sites in Ho Chi Minh City.

Starting to be held in 2022, in recent years, the H-SCA exam has gradually received the attention of students and parents in Ho Chi Minh City and many provinces with the number of registrations increasing each year.

"With the goal of diversifying admission methods and continuing the success of using the H-SCA exam results in the school's admission work over the past 3 years, in 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education will continue to organize 3 H-SCA exam rounds with an expected scale of more than 12,000 candidates (for rounds 1 and 2) and more than 7,000 candidates (for round 3)," Mr. Trung shared.

Computer-based test, can choose to register for one or more subjects

Candidates for the 2025 H-SCA exam are grade 11 and 12 students and individuals who wish to learn about this exam and test.

Candidates register for the exam and pay the registration fee online. Registration fee: math, physics, chemistry, biology: 250,000 VND; literature: 400,000 VND; English: 700,000 VND.

Candidates have the right to choose the appropriate exam session and location. Candidates take the exam on computers at the exam locations organized by the school.

The 2025 H-SCA exam will include math, physics, chemistry, biology, literature and English.

Candidates can choose to register for one or more of the above exams to apply for admission to majors that apply the admission method using the results of the 2025 H-SCA exam based on the admission plan of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education in 2025 and schools that use the results of this exam.

The school notes that registration may close earlier when the number of registrations for each batch is sufficient.

- Point 4 in Da Nang : University of Education - Da Nang University (459 Ton Duc Thang, Hoa Khanh Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City).

- Score 5 in Gia Lai: Ho Chi Minh City University of Education Branch in Gia Lai (126 Le Thanh Ton, Group 6, Ia Kring Ward, Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province).

- Point 6 in Hue: University of Education - Hue University (34 Le Loi, Phu Hoi Ward, Thuan Hoa District, Hue City).
