The contest is an opportunity to test and evaluate qualifications and capacity; thereby, planning to foster and improve knowledge, professional skills in Party building work and practical experience for the team of Party cell secretaries in the Brigade Party Committee.

Candidates take the practical exam.

Exam content includes: Theory exam (multiple choice and oral questions); practical exam (writing draft resolutions and conducting party cell meetings).

During the competition, the Organizing Committee and the Jury conducted the competition closely, evaluated the results fairly, objectively and accurately. The contestants promoted the spirit of seeking knowledge, being serious, actively learning, overcoming all difficulties, reviewing and mastering the content, being calm and confident, completing the exam content set by the Organizing Committee well, with many exams achieving good results.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thuc, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Brigade 83, presented awards to contestants with high achievements in the competition.

At the end of the contest, the Party Committee of Brigade 83 awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize and 2 third prizes to the contestants with high achievements.
