In the first 9 months of 2025, the Party Committee of O Lam commune focused on leading and directing the good operation of the new commune-level government system; successfully organized the 1st Congress of Delegates of O Lam commune, term 2025 - 2030; directed the Vietnam Fatherland Front and 3 mass organizations to successfully organize the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

In the economic field, agricultural production is maintained stably. The total area planted is 13,604 hectares, reaching 86.8%; the total budget revenue is nearly 117.5 billion VND (reaching 77.7%). The commune has more than 650 establishments and business households... The cultural and social fields are guaranteed; national defense and security are maintained...

The conference deployed the full-term working program of the Party Executive Committee of the commune for the 2025-2030 term; the plan to implement Directive No. 46-CT/TW, dated September 16, 2025 of the Politburo on leading the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
