The Department of Domestic Market Management and Development launched a campaign to support people affected by storms and floods.

The activity was organized in response to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to join hands to support people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and soon stabilizing their lives.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director of the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development Tran Huu Linh affirmed: The tradition of "Mutual love and affection" and "Helping each other" is a profound humanistic value of the Vietnamese people, and also a social responsibility that every official and civil servant of the Industry and Trade sector is always aware of preserving and promoting.

Mr. Tran Huu Linh emphasized that the organization of the fundraising campaign not only has practical meaning in responding to the Call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Plan No. 14-KH/DUB dated October 7, 2025 of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on supporting people to overcome the consequences of storms and floods, but also demonstrates the spirit of solidarity, compassion and community responsibility of the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development.

Immediately after the call, all officers, civil servants and employees of the Department directly participated in the donation, expressing their hearts towards the people affected by natural disasters. Although the contributions were small, they contained sentiments, sending a message of sharing and encouraging people in the flood-affected areas to overcome difficulties, soon restore production and stabilize their lives.

The entire amount of donations will be compiled by the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development and transferred to heavily affected localities through the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations, ensuring publicity, transparency and timeliness.

This meaningful activity is a testament to the spirit of solidarity and humanity of the officers, civil servants and employees of the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development, always sharing and accompanying the whole country towards the difficult areas, contributing to spreading the good values of the Industry and Trade sector "For the community, for the people".
