Many key projects are being implemented by the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group (VRG) to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

These projects not only demonstrate a vibrant spirit of competition but also serve as vivid evidence of the Group's commitment to sustainable development, green growth, and the integration of the economy with society, the environment, and national defense and security in the new phase.

Expanding development opportunities and making strategic investments in Cambodia.

Among the projects celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Party, a highlight is the investment project to expand rubber and agricultural development in the Kingdom of Cambodia, covering a total area of ​​nearly 38,000 hectares and with a total investment of nearly 3,000 billion VND.

The project, implemented in seven remote and disadvantaged provinces bordering Vietnam and Cambodia, clearly demonstrates VRG's pioneering role in implementing the Party and State's major policy on economic development cooperation linked to strengthening national defense and security and enhancing friendly relations between the two countries.

Beyond focusing on managing, caring for, and efficiently utilizing existing rubber plantations, the project also opens up new avenues for development by investing in new rubber plantations, while simultaneously researching and implementing high-tech agricultural models and sustainable circular agriculture and forestry. Upon completion, the project will contribute to improved land use efficiency, create stable jobs for over 6,000 local workers, improve livelihoods, make a positive contribution to the socio-economic development of the host country, and affirm the management capacity and long-term vision of Vietnamese enterprises on the international stage.

Pioneering high-tech agriculture, unlocking new growth drivers.

Adhering to the direction of diversifying production and reducing dependence on traditional industries, VRG has implemented a large-scale Cavendish banana plantation project using high technology, covering an area of ​​approximately 5,000 hectares with a total investment of over 2,400 billion VND. This is considered a breakthrough step, demonstrating innovative thinking and a determination to shift towards modern, high-value-added agriculture.

The project applies a comprehensive range of advanced technological solutions such as smart weather sensor systems, water-saving irrigation, AI-powered pest management, traceability, and yield forecasting. With an average annual output of approximately 240,000 tons of commercial bananas, the project not only generates significantly higher economic value compared to traditional crops but also creates jobs for thousands of workers, contributing to improved human resource quality and promoting a green and sustainable agricultural model.

Developing "Green - Smart - Circular" industrial parks.

Alongside high-tech agriculture, VRG continues to affirm its leading role in industrial park development through the investment project to build and operate the infrastructure of Hiep Thanh Industrial Park (Tay Ninh province) according to "Green - Smart - Circular" standards. With a scale of nearly 500 hectares and a total investment of approximately 2,350 billion VND, the project is expected to become an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors.

On December 19, 2025, VRG and Tay Ninh province will hold the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hiep Thanh Industrial Park infrastructure investment project. Regarding investment attraction, Hiep Thanh Industrial Park prioritizes industries within the renewable energy ecosystem, new energy sources, liquefied natural gas, electronic supporting industries, chip and data manufacturing, as well as high-tech, low-emission, and environmentally friendly industries.

Upon becoming operational, Hiep Thanh Industrial Park is expected to create jobs for approximately 20,000 workers, contributing to the industrialization and modernization of the locality, increasing budget revenue, and forming an environmentally friendly production ecosystem. This is clear evidence of the Group's orientation towards developing a green industrial park – a crucial pillar in its sustainable growth strategy.

The Hiep Thanh Industrial Park Phase 1, with a scale of 495.17 hectares, is not only a key project but also a strong commitment of Tay Ninh province and VRG to promoting green, sustainable, and prosperous economic development for the Southern region and the whole country in the new phase.

A strategic milestone for the rubber industry in the far western region of the country.

On December 19, 2025, VRG will hold the inauguration ceremony for the rubber processing plant of Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company – the first rubber processing plant in Dien Bien province. This event not only marks an important completion in the local rubber production-processing-consumption chain, but also opens a new chapter of development for the rubber industry in the far west of Vietnam.

Bringing the factory into operation is strategically significant, contributing to increasing the added value of rubber latex products, reducing transportation costs, stabilizing output for workers and raw material areas, while creating more jobs, increasing budget revenue, and promoting socio-economic development of Dien Bien province. This is also a vivid example of the policy of sustainable development of rubber trees linked with the processing industry, suitable to the practical conditions of the Northwest region.

The project is the result of the high efforts and determination of VRG, Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company, and the active attention and support of the local Party committee and government. The factory not only has economic significance but also reflects the aspiration to rise up, to persevere in clinging to the land and forest, and to legitimately enrich oneself from rubber trees in the border region of the Fatherland.

It can be affirmed that VRG's key projects not only have economic significance but also contain profound political and social values. They are the culmination of collective intelligence, solidarity, responsibility, and the aspiration to contribute of the entire team of cadres, Party members, and employees of the Group. Through the registration, implementation, and inauguration of projects celebrating the Party Congress at all levels, VRG has strongly spread the patriotic emulation movement, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and determination to successfully complete the assigned political tasks.

These projects today serve as a solid foundation and a vivid symbol of VRG's development journey in the new phase – a phase of innovation, integration, and sustainable development, making practical contributions to the cause of national construction and development.
