(DN) - The Provincial People's Committee has issued a plan to implement projects to exploit land funds in the vicinity of traffic projects in the province to create capital for developing road traffic infrastructure (period 2022-2027).

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant agencies to implement procedures as a basis for land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement of land plots, including: procedures for capital advance to implement compensation, support and resettlement; update land plots in the land recovery list, annual land use plan, list of projects using rice land; establish procedures to submit for approval of the Prime Minister on changing the purpose of rice land use for land plots with rice land area of 10 hectares or more; review and build resettlement areas in the third quarter of 2023.
The process of land acquisition, compensation, support and resettlement will be divided into 3 groups including: 9 land plots with land acquisition of Dong Nai Rubber Corporation Limited Company in localities from the second quarter to the fourth quarter of 2023; 6 land plots with rice growing area under 10 hectares implemented from the second quarter of 2023 to the fourth quarter of 2024; 6 land plots with rice growing area from 10 hectares or more implemented from the first quarter to the fourth quarter of 2024.
By organizing the auction of the land plots, the authorities completed the procedures to organize the auction of land use rights for 10 land plots in 2025 and the remaining 11 land plots in 2026 and 2027.
According to the Provincial People's Committee, there are currently 6 projects to exploit land funds in the vicinity of traffic projects in the province that have been approved by the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee. With these 6 projects, 21 land plots with an area of nearly 1,600 hectares will be exploited.
The total expected revenue from the auction of land use rights in the surrounding areas is nearly 43 trillion VND. After deducting the cost of site clearance and infrastructure investment, the revenue from exploiting the surrounding land fund is more than 34 trillion VND.
