Leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Cooperative Union of Thai Binh province, and the Cooperative Union of Hung Yen province attended the conference.
In 2025, in the context of many difficulties, the Provincial Cooperative Union still accompanies its member units, advising the province to pay attention to promoting the development of the collective economy (KTTT). KTTT continues to have positive changes, gradually adapting to the market mechanism, playing an important role in implementing policies and guidelines for production development, restructuring crops and livestock, linking product consumption, contributing to building new rural areas, removing credit difficulties, promoting the economy, and stabilizing society in rural areas. Many newly established cooperatives have formed key product supply chains, opening up new services and ways of doing things in KTTT and cooperative development.
Leaders of the Provincial Cooperative Union spoke at the conference.
The Provincial Cooperative Union has built and organized 7 training courses for about 500 key officials of cooperatives and people's credit funds on good agricultural practices, registration regulations, building OCOP products, and digital transformation.
At the conference, delegates discussed, analyzed the results, limitations and identified the tasks of developing collective economy and cooperatives in the last 6 months of 2025. After the merger, the Provincial Cooperative Union continued to promote propaganda about the role and benefits of collective economy and cooperatives, raise awareness of the Law on Cooperatives and the new cooperative model. At the same time, focus on building cooperative models associated with product value chains; support cooperatives in developing production plans, applying technical advances, safe, organic and high-tech production; building brands, promoting trade and advertising products.
