Speed ​​up the construction progress of the Provincial General Hospital upgrade project

QNgTV- Inspecting the project to repair and upgrade Quang Ngai General Hospital, Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang requested to speed up the construction progress, soon complete and put into use, meeting the people's expectations of having a better place for medical examination and treatment.

Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province Nguyen Hoang Giang inspected the project to repair and upgrade Quang Ngai General Hospital.

The Quang Ngai General Hospital upgrade project has a total cost of about 150 billion VND, of which construction and equipment cost about 70 billion VND, and medical equipment cost about 80 billion VND. The project started in June 2025 and is expected to be completed in June 2026.

Up to this point, the completed works, including unit 1 (3-storey building block in the South) have been basically completed, expected to be handed over and put into operation on October 10, 2025.

Unit 2 item (8-storey building), the construction unit has handed over and put into operation the emergency area, completed the inpatient treatment area on floors 6, 7, 8 of the southern block; the remaining items are continuing to be implemented...

Regarding medical equipment, some machines have been purchased and put into operation, such as cardiovascular ultrasound machines and 128-slice/rotation CT Scanner systems.

Taking advantage of favorable weather, the investor is focusing on speeding up construction progress, completing and putting into use soon so that people have better and better medical examination and treatment facilities and helping the province speed up disbursement of public investment capital.
