Mekong Delta - New origin of breakthrough growth from VSIP Can Tho Industrial Park project

(CT) - On September 23, in Can Tho City, VSIP Can Tho Joint Stock Company coordinated with the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) Ho Chi Minh City Branch to co-organize the workshop "Mekong Delta - New Origin of Breakthrough Growth". Attending the workshop were Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Diep, Vice Chairwoman of Can Tho City People's Committee; Can Tho Export Processing and Industrial Zones Management Board and 120 delegates representing city departments, branches, consulates, business associations, domestic and foreign investors.

VSIP Can Tho is the 13th project in the VSIP system nationwide, developed according to the model of modern industrial, urban and service complexes. At the workshop, VCCI Ho Chi Minh City and VSIP Can Tho Joint Stock Company updated new investment trends and shared practical investment experiences in the Mekong Delta region. At the same time, they introduced the infrastructure of VSIP Can Tho Industrial Park, industries attracting investment in the Industrial Park; analyzed the trend of FDI capital flow and prospects of the Mekong Delta region...

Speaking at the workshop, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Diep, Vice Chairwoman of Can Tho City People's Committee, hoped that VSIP Can Tho will become a symbol of a transparent, stable, effective and sustainable investment environment in the region. The city is committed to always accompanying businesses in the spirit of "win-win". Believing that with the capacity of the business community and the determination of the government, VSIP Can Tho will become the leading investment destination in the region, spreading the driving force for green and smart industrial development throughout the Mekong Delta region.
