In particular, Bac Giang also has 5 world heritages including: Intangible Cultural Heritage of Quan Ho Folk Songs, Ca Tru, Practice of the Three Palaces Beliefs of the Vietnamese; Then Practice of the Tay - Nung - Thai People; Vinh Nghiem Pagoda Woodblocks - World Memory Heritage, Asia Pacific Region)...

Bac Giang is blessed by nature with many beautiful landscapes with valuable ecotourism resources such as: Suoi Mo Ecotourism Area, Cam Son Lake, Khuon Than Lake, Khe Ro Primeval Forest, Golden Stream, Ba Tia Waterfall; Tay Yen Tu Nature Reserve. In addition, Bac Giang also has a large fruit growing area in Chu town, Luc Ngan, Luc Nam, Tan Yen districts with 4 seasons of fresh fruit, this place is becoming the largest fruit granary in the Northern region... Bac Giang is also a land with many traditional craft villages and famous specialties and products such as: Luc Ngan litchi, Chu noodles, Ke rice paper, Lang Van wine...

Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Giang province, Do Tuan Khoa, said that Bac Giang is developing four main types of tourism products, including: Cultural - spiritual tourism; eco-resort tourism; entertainment, recreation and sports tourism (golf); community tourism associated with fruit growing areas, traditional craft villages, agricultural and rural tourism products and cultural heritages recognized by UNESCO.

Bac Giang province has set out the orientation for developing 5 tourism spaces including: Tay Yen Tu tourism space; tourism space associated with Yen The Uprising; tourism, sports, entertainment service space; agricultural eco-tourism space; Quan Ho cultural space. “From that orientation, the province aims to strive by 2030 to form a number of large-scale provincial-level tourism and comprehensive service areas, creating a spillover effect to become national tourism areas. At the same time, build the tourism brand of Bac Giang as an attractive destination in the Northern midland and mountainous region. Strive to welcome at least 3 million visitors by 2025, with total revenue from tourists reaching 3 trillion VND,” said Mr. Do Tuan Khoa.

Contributing solutions for the development of Bac Giang tourism, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Tourism Administration Pham Van Thuy said that Bac Giang is a locality with many beautiful relics and landscapes, with potential to develop tourism chains. In the coming time, Bac Giang province needs to pay more attention to tourism linkages with localities, especially tourism linkages with the capital Hanoi.

“The important issue is how to make visitors from Hanoi to Bac Giang experience longer. To do that, Bac Giang must have a plan for accommodation and develop unique culinary features. Regarding tourism products, Bac Giang should build special spiritual tourism routes and green tourism products to guide visitors to experience nature and the community. In addition, Bac Giang needs to pay attention to effective communication and promotion work,” Mr. Pham Van Thuy noted.

At the conference, travel agencies and delegates made many effective contributions to Bac Giang tourism with the expectation that this will be one of the outstanding destinations in the northern midland and mountainous region.
