Established in August 2003, formerly known as Tan Son Cooperative, 1369 Construction Joint Stock Company embarked on a challenging journey with an initial charter capital of only 3.5 billion VND. In its early years, the company had approximately 30 employees, primarily focused on stone quarrying, land leveling, and goods transportation. With limited manpower and construction equipment, the company faced numerous difficulties in building a reputation in the market. Accessing large projects and establishing a name for itself in the construction industry proved to be a significant challenge.

However, with unwavering determination and strategic vision, this enterprise has gradually overcome difficulties. To date, after more than 20 years of development, 1369 Construction Joint Stock Company has expanded its operations into real estate, construction, trade, and import-export. The company's charter capital has reached over 600 billion VND, with more than 400 employees. The enterprise became a public company in 2016 and officially listed its shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange in April 2017.

Despite being a young enterprise, Binh Bao Minh Co., Ltd. in Hai Duong City has experienced rapid growth. In November 2020, the company opened the VinFast Binh Bao Minh Showroom on Ngo Quyen Street (Hai Duong City). In 2024, the company opened its second facility in Chi Linh City. In March 2025, the company will continue to open its third dealership in Kinh Mon town. The company plans to put its second service workshop on Nguyen Luong Bang Street (Hai Duong City) into operation this coming July.

Hai Duong Garment Joint Stock Company II is also a prime example of the transformation of a private enterprise. Originally a state-owned enterprise, it was privatized in 2003. After transitioning from a state-owned enterprise, the company proactively expanded its market. From the domestic market, it has now expanded to many countries such as the UK, South Korea, and the US.

Mr. Trinh Dinh Dung, Director of Hai Duong Garment Company II, said that the company always focuses on finding fundamental solutions: "What to produce? For whom to produce? How to produce? And how to sell it?". To achieve this, the company needs a suitable management system that ensures the most efficient provision and processing of tasks to support management and help the company choose production methods that allow for the fastest return on investment and the highest possible profit.

Since 2019, the company has restructured into a Holding company (parent company and many subsidiaries), creating a robust ecosystem with 4 subsidiaries, 3 affiliated companies, and a wide network of branches in provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Quang Binh, Son La, Bac Ninh, and Lam Dong. Furthermore, the company focuses on investing in technology and management to improve operational efficiency, optimize processes, and reduce costs, creating a solid foundation for sustainable development.

At the same time, policies should encourage digital transformation and support businesses in the process of economic integration. Policies need to be proactive, creating the foundation and impetus for business development; appropriate policies should not wait until businesses grow large before being formulated.
