"This is extremely impressive. Currently, De Heus is focusing on building a chain of links, aiming to bring the most optimal value to livestock. At the same time, creating close links for the links in the chain.
Always with Vietnamese farmers
A meaningful goal of De Heus is that on its development path, De Heus has always accompanied Vietnamese farmers with the awareness of considering farmers as the pillar for its production and business process.
Accordingly, De Heus Vietnam is not only a feed manufacturer but also a trusted companion of Vietnamese farmers. With the mission of improving the quality of life of farmers and consumers, De Heus Vietnam has constantly strived to provide high-quality products and services, while accompanying farmers to overcome difficulties.
This dedication helped De Heus Vietnam surpass more than 50 nominated businesses to receive the award in the category "Business with the best management initiative to support employees and their families" at the "Business Resilience Awards" competition organized by the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham).
Since its presence in Vietnam, De Heus Vietnam has set a goal for a green and clean animal feed industry, thereby contributing to the goal of sustainable development in each country where De Heus is present, including Vietnam.
Sharing about sustainable development goals, Ms. Nguyen Thu Thuy - Director of Sustainable Development Asia and Vietnam of De Heus Group said that sustainable development in the agricultural sector is not only about improving environmental factors, but also about improving livestock efficiency to optimize resources, protect the health of animals and humans as well as build capacity and sustainable profits for the entire value chain. Understanding the needs of each livestock segment, De Heus is always flexible in building solutions so that each customer can develop their farm sustainably.
Realizing the important role of green agricultural development, since its presence in Vietnam, De Heus has always oriented towards sustainable development, not only individual activities but also every activity or decision must be sustainable. In recent years, De Heus Vietnam has been measuring important sustainable development indicators, from which it has built and developed a sustainable development strategy with specific goals and action projects for the next 10 years.
Specifically, this leading group in animal feed and livestock has built environmentally friendly farms and factories, aiming for a sustainable future with the criterion of taking sustainable development as a guideline for all its business activities, always trying to ensure that the production process is always green, clean and environmentally friendly. Meet the standards of local authorities on water quality, waste discharge, ...
