In his concluding remarks at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Giang acknowledged the efforts of the Provincial New Rural Development Coordination Office, member departments and agencies, localities, and the people in preparing and implementing the criteria for building new rural areas, advanced new rural areas, and model new rural areas.

Most of the communes submitted for consideration in this round have completely resolved the issue of "outstanding criteria"; average income levels and people's satisfaction are high, and the poverty rate is low.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the rural development program requires support and consensus, with the ultimate goal being the benefit of the people. Therefore, in the coming time, the Office of Coordination of the Rural Development Program, departments, agencies, and localities will exchange ideas, identify difficulties and obstacles, and orient solutions to ensure the completion of the goals and targets in rural development.

For the communes that have just been assessed as meeting the standards, the comrade requested the Provincial New Rural Development Coordination Office to complete the dossiers and submit them to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for a decision on recognition.
