The music night Flying Flowers is divided into 2 chapters. Chapter 1 is called Awakening the Soul , Chapter 2 is Connecting Love , expressing the wishes of the artists participating in the program, which is responsibility to the community, sharing, accompanying and soothing the loss and pain of the victims of the mini apartment fire.

The concert featured Meritorious Artist Thanh Lam, Meritorious Artist Pham Phuong Thao, singers Minh Quan, Khanh Linh, Duong Truong Giang, Nhat Thuy, Bao Tram, Nguyen Ngoc Anh, To Minh Duc, Dong Hung, Le Anh Dung, Le Trinh, Ngoc Cham and the Oplus group. The concert's general director was Pham Viet Thanh, choreographer Le Quynh Trang, music director Nguyen Tuan Hung, and MCs Le Anh and My Lan.
Sharing about the music night, singer Ngoc Khue, the initiator of the program, said that she, like many people in Hanoi in particular and the whole country in general, was heartbroken and shocked by the fire that took many lives, destroyed property and caused many lives to fall into misery.
The music night Flying Flowers features many famous artists.
It is even more heartbreaking when the victims of school age are interrupted or affected, or have to treat physical injuries and mental trauma after such a huge incident. "The artists who accepted to participate in the concert did not receive any remuneration. They all have the wish to use their words and voices to help soothe and heal the pain, and provide resources to help the victims of the fire, who are students, to recover their health soon, stabilize their lives and continue to go to school," singer Ngoc Khue shared.
The artists also campaigned to raise as much money as possible for the show. The total amount raised will be announced immediately after the show.
Associate Professor Dr. Dinh Cong Tuan, Vice Principal of Hanoi University of Culture, said that the school strongly supports the program and also sponsors the location, sound and lighting. The school's Student Association is also ready and willing to help wholeheartedly to ensure the program takes place in its entirety.
