For souvenir products serving tourism, businesses in the city will enjoy full policies as industrial promotion subjects. In addition, they will receive additional support in trial production and renting premises to produce, consign or sell souvenir products.

For units participating in the production and business process at the Industrial Park, Resolution 324 also stipulates support policies for investment in technical infrastructure. According to the Resolution, the city will support a maximum of no more than 4 billion for private investment in the Industrial Park.

Regarding the supporting industry development policy according to Resolution 53/2021/NQ-HDND, in 2023, the Department of Industry and Trade has implemented many activities related to this Resolution. Notably, the 2023 Da Nang Supporting Industry and Manufacturing Fair with a scale of more than 160 booths of more than 120 domestic and foreign enterprises.

In particular, to concretize the development of supporting industries, the Department of Industry and Trade with the Department of Industry ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) and Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of cooperation to implement a project to develop smart factories for Vietnamese enterprises in Da Nang city and the Central region. On that basis, a smart factory support program was implemented for Tan Long Company and Trung Nam Electronics Company.

Currently, the Department of Industry and Trade is organizing a Council to review and evaluate support requests according to Resolution 53/2021/NQ-HDND so that businesses can enjoy support policies, thereby creating motivation for business development.
