The crowds and vehicles slowed down, no longer rushing. Each cherry blossom tree along the roadside captivated the eye, making everyone want to stop, slowly taking in its beauty before moving on. During the days when the blossoms were in full bloom, every hour was a beautiful moment no one wanted to miss. People flocked to the streets, joining the crowds celebrating the flower festival. Even after so many seasons, the arrival of the blossoms still brought a fresh, exciting feeling, like the first time seeing that beauty that was both strange and familiar.

Beyond daytime flower viewing, this season offers an extended nighttime experience with the "Light and Artistic Flower Street" program themed "Creative with Da Lat Cherry Blossoms," part of the Da Lat Cherry Blossom Festival Spring 2026. Along Tran Hung Dao Street, from Palace II to the rose roundabout, each cherry blossom tree is fitted with artistic lighting, highlighting the blossoms at night. Along the route are miniature landscapes created from thousands of pots of chrysanthemums, hydrangeas, and cymbidiums; over 300 national flags are arranged into artistic flag clusters, combined with lighting, creating a solemn and vibrant atmosphere.

The highlight of the space is nearly 100 photographic and artistic works by artists and students from Xuan Huong ward, Da Lat, displayed right under the blossoming cherry trees. Each painting and photograph offers a perspective, an emotion in the face of cherry blossoms. These works create an open exhibition space where art is inseparable from nature and people, showing how cherry blossoms have beautified life. If the thousands of flowers of Da Lat were a love song, then the cherry blossoms would be the purest notes. The flowers are not just for admiring, but have become ingrained in the consciousness of the people.

The flower-lined streets come alive at night with street musicians. The sound of saxophones echoes beneath the blossoms, young people sing about spring accompanied by guitars and wooden barrels. Calligraphers offer auspicious New Year greetings, and hot cups of coffee are passed around by brightly lit windows. Flowers, light, and people blend together, creating a warm and intimate cultural atmosphere.
