On April 25, the Go Vap District Area Team, Ho Chi Minh City Police received a clip provided by a citizen about disturbing public order on Pham Van Dong Street, Ward 3, Go Vap District to identify the subject and bring him to the headquarters for processing.

Earlier on the evening of April 24, many people traveling on Pham Van Dong Street were outraged when they witnessed a 25-30 year old man driving a motorbike in the opposite direction. This person stopped his motorbike and blocked a car, cursing at the driver. Before stopping, this person also pulled out a weapon and threatened the driver.
