On April 25th, the Go Vap District Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City received a video clip provided by a citizen regarding a public disturbance on Pham Van Dong Street, in Ward 3, Go Vap District, to identify the suspect and bring him to the police station for processing.

The person who stopped the car was wielding a weapon and threatening the driver.

Earlier on the evening of April 24th, many people traveling on Pham Van Dong Street were outraged when they witnessed a man, approximately 25-30 years old, driving a motorbike against the flow of traffic. He stopped his vehicle, blocked a car, and verbally abused the driver. Not stopping there, he then pulled out a weapon and threatened the driver.

The police are currently investigating this individual to clarify the matter and take appropriate action.

The driver, worried, didn't open the car door. The assailant then used his hands to hit the side of the car and then kicked and broke the rearview mirror. The incident was filmed by bystanders and posted on social media, attracting public attention.

Following this act of hooliganism and disruption of public order, the Go Vap District Task Force is urgently searching for the perpetrator.
