This morning (July 3), the Admissions Council of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade announced the 2024 benchmark scores for early admission methods including: considering high school academic results, Ho Chi Minh City National University's capacity assessment test scores, and direct admission according to a separate project.

Accordingly, the benchmark score for the method of considering high school academic results for the entire year of grade 10, grade 11 and semester 1 of grade 12 ranges from 20-25 points. The industry with the highest score is marketing with 25 points; followed by finance-banking, Chinese language and food technology with 24.5 points; the remaining industries get 20 points.

In the admission method based on the competency assessment exam score, the benchmark score is from 600-750 points. Of which, the 4 majors with the highest benchmark score at 750 are: marketing, international business, e-commerce, logistics and supply chain management. The remaining majors range from 600-700 points.

For the direct admission method according to the separate admission plan 2024, the benchmark score for all majors is 24.

The Admissions Council of Nha Trang University also announced the benchmark scores for considering high school academic results and the capacity assessment scores of Ho Chi Minh City National University in 2024.

For the transcript review, the school uses the average score of 4 subjects in 6 semesters of high school, of which 3 are compulsory subjects including math, literature and English; the remaining subjects depend on the major.
