In 2024, the cadres, government and people of Binh Giang district have made efforts and determined to join hands to accelerate economic growth in a sustainable direction, creating a strong change in quality and competitiveness, maximizing unique potential, distinct advantages, seizing opportunities, mobilizing and effectively using resources to create breakthroughs in socio-economic development.

2024 is the first year that the budget revenue in Binh Giang district reaches 1,365.6 billion VND, 2.48 times higher than the target assigned by the province, 2.4 times higher than the district's plan... This is also one of the resources that creates momentum for the district to focus on investing in many urban beautification projects. Because the urban development of Binh Giang is mainly based on promoting local resources, enterprises and capital from other organizations through forms of investment attraction and socialized sources.

According to the orientation, Binh Giang will become a type IV urban area (expected to be established as a town) before 2030 and will be a sub-regional center in the southwest of the province. According to the urban development orientation of Hai Duong , Binh Giang develops the urban area according to the model of "Green, ecological, smart, modern, dynamic, sustainable development urban area". This place is expected to attract residents from other places to live, work and study, so the district focuses on investing in building and developing the social-technical infrastructure system and urban landscape.

Binh Giang District People's Committee has focused on leading, directing, and synchronously implementing many solutions to improve urban areas.

In 2024, a series of urban beautification projects will be implemented and completed with a total investment of tens of billions of VND, such as: undergrounding 0.4kV low-voltage lines, underground cable trenches, planting trees on Tran Hung Dao Street (from the Sat Bridge intersection to the Ke Sat Town Police Headquarters) and Pham Ngu Lao Street. Renovating and upgrading sidewalks from km0+300 to km2+760 of Provincial Road 392 (from the New Year intersection to the District Traditional House) and Dinh Tien Hoang Street...

These projects have contributed to changing the appearance, the roads and streets have become more spacious and modern, contributing to beautifying the general landscape of the inner city area.
