Believe Vietnam will continue to reap success
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on September 2, on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day, Lao General Secretary and President Thongloun Sisoulith, Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone and National Assembly Chairman Saysomphone Phomvihane jointly sent congratulatory messages to General Secretary and President To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man. The key leaders of Laos expressed their deep gratitude and sincere thanks to the Party, State and people of Vietnam for helping Laos during the past struggle for independence, as well as during the current period of national construction and development; affirming that they will continue to cooperate closely to preserve and foster the special, unique relationship between Laos and Vietnam. The Lao leaders wished the Party, State and people of Vietnam, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam , headed by General Secretary and President To Lam, to continue to gain new and greater achievements in organizing the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, achieving the goal of a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization.

General Secretary andPresident of China Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory message to General Secretary and President To Lam; Chinese Premier Li Qiang sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China Zhao Leji sent a congratulatory message to Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man . Chinese leaders believe that under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Vietnam will continue to succeed on the path of socialism in accordance with the country's situation. Chinese leaders assessed that 2025 is the 75th anniversary of the establishment of China-Vietnam diplomatic relations, which will bring new opportunities for the development of bilateral relations; emphasized the willingness to work with Vietnam to promote the building of a China-Vietnam Community of Shared Future of strategic significance to continue to develop, bringing more benefits to the people of the two countries. Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to General Secretary and President To Lam; Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Chairwoman of the Federation Council of Russia Valentina Matviyenko and Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin sent letters and congratulatory messages to Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man. The Russian leaders said that deepening cooperation with Vietnam is one of the priority directions in Russia's foreign policy in the Asia- Pacific region; We believe that with joint efforts, the two countries will continue to comprehensively develop the Russia-Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership to meet the core interests of the two peoples, while ensuring security and stability in the Asia-Pacific region.
