Participating in this training and experience-sharing program on education are 250 administrators and teachers, and 50 outstanding students from Lao Cai province.
During the training course, participants received instruction from education experts and volunteers from the United States on topics such as: Balancing the needs of all students; enhancing student engagement through learning and practice; working with students and families of children with special needs; and using artificial intelligence (AI) in the classroom.
The training course's theme, "Resilience," carries a meaningful message, reflecting the spirit of creativity, overcoming difficulties, experimenting with new educational models, and improving the overall quality of education.
After the training course, the participants will advise on the development of plans and organize further training for all teachers in their localities during the 2025 summer training session, contributing to the strong promotion of educational reform in their areas.
The training program themed "Resilience" is one of the activities that the GVI Organization is committed to implementing in accordance with Decision No. 31 dated January 7, 2025, of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province on approving the activity plan and budget for the project "Supporting the development of education in Lao Cai province giai đoạn 2023 - 2027".
