Training and sharing educational experiences from international organizations

During 2 days (July 14-15), in Lao Cai ward, the provincial Department of Education and Training coordinated with Global Ventures Inc (GVI) to organize training and share educational experiences with the theme "Resilience".

This training and educational experience sharing program was attended by 250 managers, teachers and 50 outstanding students of Lao Cai province.

At the training course, students were taught by instructors who are education experts and volunteers from the US on topics such as: Balancing the needs of all students; increasing student engagement through learning and practice; working with students and families of children with special needs; using artificial intelligence (AI) in the classroom.

Students are exposed to modern educational methods.

The theme "Resilience" of the training course carries a meaningful message, demonstrating the spirit of creativity, overcoming difficulties, experimenting with new educational models, and improving the quality of comprehensive education.

Group activities and educational games are practiced at the training course.

After the training course, the trainees will advise on developing plans and organizing retraining for the entire teaching staff of their locality in the summer training session of 2025, contributing to promoting educational innovation in the locality.

Students participate in creative experiential activities.

The training program with the theme "Resilience" is one of the activities that GVI Organization committed to implement according to Decision No. 31 dated January 7, 2025 of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee on approving the action plan and budget for implementing the Project "Supporting the development of education in Lao Cai province for the period 2023 - 2027".
