Born in 1996, Mr. Ly Van Hoang - Math teacher, Lao Cai Specialized High School, Lao Cai ward has had many impressive achievements in teaching and scientific research.

For more than 3 years of teaching, Mr. Hoang has directly guided a group of students to carry out the project "Application of stepper motor and DnD programming method to create a smart trigonometric circle model" which won the first prize in the 20th Lao Cai Province Youth and Children's Creativity Contest.
