Previously, Dak Lak Urban Development Investment Company Limited announced the deadline for receiving applications for purchasing social housing in the Km7 Residential Urban Area Project in the Km7 Urban Area until July 27, 2025. However, at the investor's proposal, the Department of Construction agreed to adjust the deadline for receiving applications to August 9, 2025 so that people have more time to complete and submit their applications.
The social housing project in Km7 Residential Urban Area in Km7 Urban Area has the commercial name Ecohome Harmony, implemented in Tan An Ward, invested by Dak Lak Urban Development Investment Company Limited. The project has a scale of 188 apartments, with an area of 30-69 m2 , belonging to a social housing building that is eligible for sale, lease, and purchase of future housing.
