Adjusting the time to organize the Traditional Craft Festival

Accordingly, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu - Head of the Organizing Committee of the Traditional Craft Festival - Quang Nam 2024 agreed to adjust the time of organizing the Traditional Craft Festival - Quang Nam 2024 from July 11 to July 14, 2024 as previously planned to from August 28 to August 31, 2024.

The event organizers also decided to change the "Professional Demonstration Competition" to "Professional Demonstration and Reenactment Program".

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (the standing agency of the organizing committee) to preside over and work with the Quang Nam Handicraft Association and localities to inform, guide, disseminate and thoroughly implement the policies and plans of the Provincial People's Committee to craft villages and traditional craft villages in the province to know and register to participate; pre-approve the content and participation plan of each unit and sign a commitment to participate throughout the activities according to the issued plan.

Take overall responsibility for directing and operating activities taking place within the framework of the Traditional Craft Festival - Quang Nam 2024; regularly monitor, inspect, supervise the progress and quality of implementation of activities to urge and guide to ensure completion according to the set schedule; promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee and the Organizing Committee to direct and handle problems and issues arising beyond their authority.
