On July 23, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Cong, Education Assistant, Southern Military Detention Camp T45 (Department of Criminal Investigation, Ministry of National Defense ) returned property to Mr. Le Minh Nhut, born in 2000, residing in Long Hoa ward (Tay Ninh province).

Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Cong returned the leather wallet to Mr. Le Minh Nhut.

Happily receiving all of his assets back (a leather wallet with 2 million VND, along with his motorbike registration, motorbike driving license, and citizen identification card), Mr. Le Minh Nhut expressed his gratitude for Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Cong's kindness.

Previously, on July 16, during a business trip to Ho Chi Minh City, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Cong picked up a leather wallet on Tran Huy Lieu Street, Phu Nhuan Ward ( Ho Chi Minh City). Immediately after that, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Cong reported to the unit commander, verified and contacted to return the property to the owner, Mr. Le Minh Nhut.

The honest, responsible and humane actions of Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Cong have spread the noble qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era - always dedicated, devoted, wholeheartedly serving the people. Although the act is small, it has great significance, contributing to spreading positive values of life, building the image of a model revolutionary soldier, disciplined, responsible, and loyal.
