Adjusting construction time of Sat bridge and Hanoi expressway interchange

The project to build a bridge over the Sat River and the approach road from the bridge over the Sat River to the expanded Phuc Dien Industrial Park on provincial road 394B has been adjusted from phase 2021 - 2023 to phase 2021-2024.

The Provincial People's Committee agreed to adjust the implementation time of the Project to build a bridge over the Sat River and the access road from the bridge over the Sat River to the expanded Phuc Dien Industrial Park on Provincial Road 394B of Trung Quy - Bac Ninh Investment Joint Stock Company from the period 2021 - 2023 to the period 2021 - 2024.

Adjust the implementation time of the Project to build an interchange connecting Provincial Road 390, Thanh Ha District with the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation - JSC from 2022-2024 to 2022-2025.

Previously, the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province proposed the Provincial People's Committee to adjust the implementation time for the above two projects due to the impact of weather, heavy rain and storms. During the construction period, there was a shortage of construction materials and supplies, and the price of construction materials increased sharply, greatly affecting the progress of the project.

Particularly, the Project to build a bridge over the Sat River and the approach road from the bridge over the Sat River to the expanded Phuc Dien Industrial Park on Provincial Road 394B (Binh Giang) must adjust the design of some items such as the embankment to reinforce the riverbank on the Binh Giang side, drainage ditches, median strips between the approach roads, lighting poles, etc.

Currently, both projects are over 80% complete.

The project to build an intersection connecting Provincial Road 390 with the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway in Thanh Ha is sponsored by Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation - JSC with a total cost of 350 billion VND. The project was implemented by the sponsor from June 2022.

The project of the bridge over the Sat River and the road leading to the expanded Phuc Dien Industrial Park has a total investment of nearly 140 billion VND sponsored by Trung Quy Investment Joint Stock Company (Bac Ninh). The project started construction in early September 2021.
