At the Conference, Comrade Sung A Nu - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 5976/QD-DCT, dated September 8, 2025 of the Presidium of the Vietnam Women's Union on recognizing members of the Executive Committee, members of the Standing Committee, and President of the Lai Chau Provincial Women's Union, term 2021 - 2026. Accordingly, Comrade Ngo Thi Bich Hanh, Deputy Director of the Lai Chau Provincial Department of Finance, was recognized as a member of the Executive Committee, member of the Standing Committee and held the position of President of the Lai Chau Provincial Women's Union, term 2021 - 2026.

Also at the Conference, Comrade Sung A Nu announced Decision No. 2193-QD/TU, dated September 11, 2025 of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee on personnel transfer. Accordingly, Comrade Ngo Thi Bich Hanh ceased to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; transferred to take up duties at the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, holding the position of Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union, term 2021 - 2026 from September 12, 2025.

In his speech assigning the task, comrade Le Minh Ngan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that comrade Ngo Thi Bich Hanh is a female cadre with basic training, professional qualifications of University degree in Finance - Banking, Master of Economic Management, Senior in Political Theory. She has been trained and matured through many positions in the locality, holding the positions of Vice Chairman of Sin Ho District People's Committee, Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Council, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance.
