Ms. Thai Thi Hong Nga - Vice Chairman of Binh Thanh District People's Committee (HCMC) announced the above information.
According to Ms. Nga, from information reported by people about Thanh Da cultural house after school in the afternoon, some teachers come here to rent rooms to teach calligraphy and drawing but in fact they are teaching extra classes for elementary school students.

The Binh Thanh District inspection team conducted a surprise inspection and found that some teachers from outside rented rooms to teach extra classes, including teachers from Binh Thanh and Phu Nhuan districts. At the time of the inspection, although they registered for calligraphy and drawing classes, in reality the teachers were teaching cultural subjects to elementary school students.
Binh Thanh District suspended these classes, as well as immediately ended the rental of rooms for teachers to teach at Thanh Da Cultural House.
Yesterday, April 24, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training also announced the suspension of a tutoring center in Dong Da district after determining that the facility, which tutored 600 students, violated a number of regulations, such as not posting subjects, tutoring hours, list of teachers, and tuition fees before enrolling students. The center has also not been able to present records related to monthly fees or fire prevention and fighting records...
