Bac Kan delegation won high prize at the Singing Contest for People with Disabilities in the Northern Region

The disabled actors of Bac Kan province participated in the 3rd Singing Contest for the Disabled in 2025 in the Northern region.

The Bac Kan Province Disabled Actors Group has 11 members, including 08 deaf people and 03 blind people, participating in 03 performances: Organ and Monochord duet; solo singing and group dancing. Thereby expressing love for musical art and love for homeland and country.

At the end of the contest, Bac Kan delegation had 01 performance winning the Gold prize; 02 performances winning the Encouragement prize, 01 performance winning the Impressive prize. The delegation received a Certificate of Merit from the Central Association. The performance winning the Gold prize will participate in the National Singing Contest for the Disabled, scheduled to be held in Hanoi.

The contest was organized by the Vietnam Association for the Support of Disabled and Orphans in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The contest attracted over 160 contestants from 12 delegations from provinces and cities: Bac Giang, Bac Kan, Cao Bang, Hoa Binh, Lang Son, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Thai Binh, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Dien Bien, Hai Phong./.
