The 4th Conference of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee

The conference gave opinions on draft plans to implement Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; plan to organize the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030; decisions to establish the Document Subcommittee, Propaganda Subcommittee, Service Subcommittee, Congress Support Subcommittee, plans and resolutions on the allocation of delegates and preliminary outline of the political report of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030; plan to implement the direction of General Secretary To Lam on the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Phuong Thi Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee requested the standing agency of the Party Committee to fully absorb the opinions of the Standing Committee members.

Regarding the plan to implement Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo, it is necessary to clearly state the time for reviewing documents of congresses of branches and affiliated party committees; unify the time for grassroots congresses not to exceed 01 day (to be completed before June 30, 2025), and the Congress of Party Delegates of Provincial Party Agencies not to exceed 02 days (to be completed before August 31, 2025). Regarding the plan to organize the Congress of Party Delegates of Provincial Party Agencies, the comrade requested to promptly consult on the outline of the Congress documents; unify the number of delegates attending the Congress not to exceed 150 delegates.
