I am learning to use AI to make some promotional clips about my company's products to post on Facebook and TikTok," Ms. Nga said.

As a company specializing in computer programming and software production, JW Kim Joint Stock Company is researching and developing smart AI application software that can automate the entire management and operation process of the company. Mr. Luong Cong Nhat Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, said that the software can help businesses promote products on social networking sites. Businesses only need to take photos or write product descriptions, this AI application software will automatically design images, create videos and write SEO standard articles (search engine optimization) and automatically post them on Facebook, TikTok, and websites for businesses.

The software also functions as a virtual assistant that automatically reminds employees of work and debts. When there is an order, AI will automatically close the order, process online payments and call the shipping unit to pick up the goods. When the delivery is successful, the software automatically issues an invoice via email/Zalo to the customer, automatically creates financial reports and guides tax reporting... "The software will help businesses overcome all technological barriers and optimize business operations," said Mr. Hung.

Mr. Hung is also planning to coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology to support free installation of AI integrated management software for start-up enterprises and women's cooperatives in the province with the desire to share and promote the development of the business community and the creative startup ecosystem of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.

Promoting AI development in the business community

Identifying AI as not only a global technology trend but also an important driving force for digital transformation, enhancing competitiveness and sustainable development for the business community, the Department of Science and Technology has had many activities to support businesses in developing AI. This includes raising awareness and digital capacity for businesses through organizing seminars, conferences, specialized training, and consulting on digital transformation and AI.

“In 2025, the Department of Science and Technology will coordinate with experts to organize a series of advanced training courses on the application of AI technology and data to promote innovation in enterprises, in order to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to help enterprises effectively exploit digital technology in production and business activities, promote innovation, improve productivity and competitiveness in the province,” informed Ms. Luong Thi Le Hang, Director of the Department of Science and Technology.

On May 16, the Department of Science and Technology will organize an event with the theme "Artificial Intelligence AI - The driving force for digital economic development and innovation", including a series of activities: Exhibition, display of products, AI application solutions with more than 40 booths; Special report "Overview of AI development trends and applications in the digital age"; seminar "Application of AI in business management, operation and development" and launch of the Ba Ria-Vung Tau AI community to create a platform for connection, knowledge sharing and support for businesses in the process of applying AI.

In addition, in order to gradually improve the infrastructure and policy testing mechanism for new technologies, including AI, the Department of Science and Technology is cooperating with FPT Corporation in researching, consulting, and proposing solutions for applying AI in serving state management. Thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, increasing work performance for officials and civil servants, and at the same time applying AI to help analyze and forecast based on the province's shared database to serve the direction and administration of provincial leaders.

“This is an important step to build a controlled experimental model, creating a premise for expanding AI applications in the fields of public administration and socio-economic development of the province,” said Ms. Hang.
