The working delegation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee approved documents of the Party Congresses of localities.

Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Tuan concluded the working session with the Party Committee of Bac Me commune.

The delegation led by Comrade Nguyen Manh Tuan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had a working session to review the documents of the Bac Me Commune Party Congress. Comrade Hoang Gia Long, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, led the delegation and other members to review the documents of the Ha Giang 1 Ward Party Congress.

At the document review session, the delegations listened to the Standing Committees of the local Party Committees report on the results of the congress preparation work, the congress program, and draft political reports to be submitted to the 1st Congress of Party Delegates of Ha Giang Ward 1 and Bac Me Commune, term 2025 - 2030.

Closely following the outstanding results, shortcomings and limitations in the political report submitted to the Congress, the Party Committee Document Subcommittee has synthesized and selected to set out goals and targets to effectively exploit the potential and advantages of the locality... contributing to promoting rapid and sustainable economic development, improving people's lives; strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party and political system; maintaining political stability, social order and safety, promoting democracy and the strength of the great national unity bloc in the 2025 - 2030 term.

Based on the general objectives, the draft documents also set out specific targets focusing on economic and social targets, administrative reform, digital transformation; environmental targets, targets on Party building and the political system...

Through studying relevant documents, members of the Working Groups emphasized: The development of political reports is a key task, demonstrating the vision and development aspirations of the Party Committee, government and people of localities in the new period. The comrades requested the Party Executive Committees of communes and wards to continue to study and carefully review the congress theme, clearly identify key tasks, strategic breakthroughs, closely linking theory, practice and action. In particular, focus on building transport infrastructure, power grid systems, digital technology to serve sustainable socio-economic development and building infrastructure for administrative centers of communes and wards to be bright, green, clean, beautiful and civilized.

The heads of the working delegations also affirmed that in the new context, local Party Committees need to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations; maintain national defense and security; join hands, be united, and be determined to successfully achieve the set goals, contributing to the whole province entering the era of national development.
