Delegation from Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics surveyed Hoang Dinh Giong Political School to meet level 1 standards

On August 19, 2025, at Hoang Dinh Giong Political School, the delegation of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics organized a survey to see if Hoang Dinh Giong Political School met the standard of level 1. Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Academy, was the Head of the delegation.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Vu Thanh Son, Director of the Department of Training and Development of Cadres, Central Organization Committee; Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhan, Director of the Department of Political Schools; Tran Van Thang, Chief Inspector of the Academy and representatives of the leaders of the Departments of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics... On the side of Cao Bang province, there were comrades: Vu Hong Quang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Bich Ngoc, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Hai Yen, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office, a number of departments and branches of the province; Board of Directors, leaders of faculties and offices of Hoang Dinh Giong Political School.

During the working session, the delegation surveyed the school's facilities such as: classrooms, offices, traditional rooms, large halls, conference rooms, living rooms, libraries... The construction items were fully constructed, synchronous and suitable for teaching and learning needs.

At the Conference, delegates listened to the report on the results of building Hoang Dinh Giong Political School to meet level 1 standards; and the report on the results of reviewing the documents of the Working Group. Up to now, the School has achieved 52/55 targets on 06 groups of criteria (of which 08 targets exceeded the standards compared to regulations), 03 targets are in the process of completion. The members also highly appreciated the criteria exceeding the standards according to the School's regulations; at the same time, made recommendations for the School to maintain the quality of the standard criteria to improve the quality of training and fostering.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Vu Hong Quang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, thanked and acknowledged the contributions of the Working Group. He affirmed that the province always pays attention to and creates favorable conditions for Hoang Dinh Giong Political School to successfully complete its assigned tasks; at the same time, he highly appreciated the efforts of the School in the process of building a standard political school. He suggested that in the coming time, the School should continue to promote scientific research, build a Party school culture; constantly promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, improve professional qualifications, and be worthy of being a training facility for the province's cadres.

Concluding the Conference, Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, acknowledged and highly appreciated the attention, leadership and close direction of the leaders of Cao Bang province on the work of building Hoang Dinh Giong Political School to meet level 1 standards. Through the survey, basically, the criteria for building a Political School to meet level 1 standards all met the requirements according to the set roadmap. Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam suggested that the School should continue to preserve and promote the results achieved in the past time in order to sustainably maintain the targets in the coming time; the province should continue to pay attention to investing in Hoang Dinh Giong Political School to attract talented people; the School should have a roadmap to send and support the training of the School's PhD team; proactively develop a training program and foster knowledge for the team of cadres and civil servants at the commune level in accordance with the model of 0 2-level local government ; Continue to synchronously and effectively implement solutions, focusing on investing in facilities and equipment and improving the quality of staff and lecturers.
