(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On October 9, Mr. Tamer El Fargany, Vice Chairman of the Egyptian Administrative Supervision Agency led a high-ranking delegation of the Egyptian Administrative Supervision Agency to visit and work in Hai Phong.
