The activity was held on the occasion of the conference to review the coordination of propaganda work on seas and islands between the Naval Region 3 Command and the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of 6 central coastal provinces and cities (including: Hue City, Da Nang City and the provinces of Quang Tri, Quang Nam , Quang Ngai and Binh Dinh).

The incense offering and flower offering ceremony was chaired by Rear Admiral Nguyen Dang Tien - Political Commissar of Naval Region 3 and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuong - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Hue City Party Committee. The delegation of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Quang Nam Province Party Committee was led by Mr. Tran Khac Thang - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee.

Also attending the funeral were representatives of agencies, organizations, businesses and reporters from central and local newspapers and radio stations.

Before the souls of heroes and martyrs at the Hue City Martyrs Cemetery, the delegation observed a minute of silence to express gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of heroes and martyrs in the cause of national liberation, construction and protection of the Fatherland.

The members vow to study and work in a manner worthy of the great sacrifices of the heroes and martyrs; vow to unite with one heart, be absolutely loyal to the Party, the State and the people; constantly foster the solidarity between the army and the people with one will and determination to excellently complete the assigned tasks, and together with the whole country firmly step into a new era - "The era of national growth, development, wealth, civilization and prosperity".

* Tomorrow morning, February 21, at Duy Tan Hotel Hall (No. 12 Hung Vuong, Thuan Hoa District, Hue City), a conference will be held to review the coordination of propaganda work on seas and islands, hosted by the Hue City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

The conference aims to evaluate the coordination of sea and island propaganda work in 2024 and discuss and agree on the plan for 2025.

In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation visited the relics in the Hue Imperial City, including Thai Hoa Palace and Kien Trung Palace - two palaces that have just been restored and reconstructed by the Hue Monuments Conservation Center.
