Provincial National Assembly Delegation prepares content before the 9th Session, 15th National Assembly

Conference Overview

At the Conference, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation reported on the expected content and Program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly ; the results of meetings with voters before the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly; representatives of agencies and units assessed the direction and administration of the National Assembly, the Government and central ministries and branches according to assigned fields, functions and tasks; proposed and recommended solutions for the implementation of socio-economic development policies and strategies, state budget, and related contents on the arrangement of apparatus and administrative units at all levels. Accordingly, Bac Kan province highly appreciated the leadership, direction and administration of the Government, the National Assembly and central ministries and branches in the recent past, including very drastic and flexible directions, quick responses to many domestic and international impacts, creating positive effects on the people.

Delegates discuss at the Conference

Through discussions at the Conference, Bac Kan province proposed that the Central Government have specific policies to support the construction of a transport infrastructure system connecting to communes after reorganization and rearrangement; pay attention to investing in school systems, electricity and water for people in remote areas; arrange facilities, civil servants who are in charge of the area, close to the people, ensuring political security, social order and safety, especially in ethnic minority areas; develop regulations on working in the online environment; consider and supplement the content of general management and operation of the Program in Sub-project 3 under Project 10 Decision No. 1719/QD-TTg dated October 14, 2021 of the Prime Minister; guide the assignment of works managed by the District People's Committee to the Commune People's Committee as the investor to carry out maintenance; Regulations or specific instructions on support policies from the state budget for subjects participating in production development support projects, including support for subjects participating in projects that are not subjects of the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas approved in Decision 1719/QD-TTg, the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction approved in Decision 90/QD-TTg; early allocation of capital to the Social Policy Bank to implement the policy of lending capital to people to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses; general agreement on support policies for non-professional workers at the commune, village, and residential group levels who quit their jobs after the reorganization of commune-level administrative units; measures to protect and strictly manage personal information on the network environment...

Speaking at the Conference

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Hoang Duy Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation accepted all recommendations from departments, branches and units and affirmed that the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will synthesize and report to competent authorities for consideration. He requested the Office of the National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council to coordinate with branches, agencies, units and the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to promptly synthesize opinions and recommendations to send to the Central Government within the week, especially issues related to the arrangement of organizational apparatus, arrangement of administrative units.../.
