Supervisory Delegation No. 03 according to Decision No. 1424-QD/TU dated June 3, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee worked with the Party Standing Committees of communes.

(sonla.gov.vn) On August 19, in Thuan Chau commune, Supervision Team No. 03, according to Decision No. 1424-QD/TU, dated June 3, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, held a Conference to approve the draft report on the results of supervising the Congress for the 2025-2030 term for the Party Standing Committees of Thuan Chau, Muong E, Binh Thuan, Co Ma, Long He, and Muong Bam communes.

Comrade Dinh Thi Bich Thao, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Head of the Supervisory Delegation chaired the Conference.

Conference Approval of the draft report on the results of monitoring the Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.

According to the conclusion report of the Supervision Delegation No. 03 of the Son La Provincial Party Committee, the preparation and organization of the Congress has been closely, seriously and comprehensively led and directed by the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the communes. Although the political apparatus of the commune has only been in operation since July 1, 2025, the Party Committee of the commune has urgently issued Plans and Decisions to establish subcommittees and working groups to deploy all aspects of work, from drafting documents, preparing personnel to propaganda and logistics. During the period from July 22 to 30, 2025, 100% of the communes successfully organized the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030. It took place in a solemn, democratic, united and responsible atmosphere. Delegates attending the Congress focused on discussions and contributed many profound and practical opinions to the draft documents of the Congress as well as documents of higher levels, reflecting the thoughts and aspirations of cadres, party members and the people.

Comrade Dinh Thi Bich Thao delivered a concluding speech at the Conference.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Dinh Thi Bich Thao, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Head of the Supervisory Delegation, acknowledged the outstanding advantages such as: The preparation of documents, personnel and service conditions was carried out carefully and in accordance with regulations; the management of the Presidium was flexible, closely following the program; the discussion atmosphere was lively and of high quality. However, the Head of the Supervisory Delegation also pointed out some limitations such as: Propaganda work, preparation of facilities, some commune Party Committees still lack personnel to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee... Immediately after the Congress, the Party Committees of communes need to quickly issue Regulations, Action Programs and assign specific tasks, direct the development of projects and plans to soon put the Congress Resolution into practice.
