On the morning of August 9, the Central Steering Committee's survey delegation summarizing 15 years of implementing Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW dated July 25, 2008 of the 10th Party Central Committee and 10 years of implementing Conclusion No. 80-KL/TW dated December 25, 2013 of the Politburo , led by Comrade Ta Van Ha, Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education, worked with the Standing Committee of Muong La District Party Committee.
Attending the working session with the survey delegation, Son La province had comrade Luu Minh Quan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors, and socio-political organizations of the province.
Over the past years, Muong La District Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the implementation of Resolution 25-NQ/TW dated July 25, 2008 of the 10th Party Central Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership over youth work in the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization and Conclusion No. 80-KL/TW dated December 25, 2013 of the Politburo on promoting the implementation of Resolution 25-NQ/TW, creating positive changes, creating motivation to promote the development of youth union work and youth movements. The regimes, policies, planning and rotation of Youth Union cadres have been given attention; the role and position of the Youth Union organization have been increasingly affirmed and the spirit of vanguard, volunteerism, creativity and expertise of the youth have been promoted.
From 2008 to present, Muong La district has admitted 4,562 new members, bringing the total to 11,398 members and youths, operating in 29 grassroots youth organizations. Organized 7 training courses on professional skills of youth union, association and team work for 365 youth union officials and members; 21 youth union officials at all levels were selected to participate in political theory training; opened 120 training courses on awareness of the Youth Union; organized 48 career counseling sessions for over 8,000 youths; coordinated job introduction for over 3,200 youths; built over 20 youth economic development models; 470 outstanding youth union members and youths were admitted to the Party...
Muong La district recommends that all levels have specific policies and mechanisms for youth in remote areas in the socio-economic development of the locality; regularly organize training courses to improve the professional capacity of civil servants, and advise on the implementation of state management tasks on youth at the grassroots level.
Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Education requested the Standing Committee of Muong La District Party Committee to continue directing the implementation of Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW and the action program to implement the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels to Party organizations, cadres, party members, union members and youth. Party committees at all levels continue to pay attention to leading and directing the work of the Youth Union, especially arranging cadres, training and planning the Youth Union cadre team, creating resources for Party committees and authorities; focusing on training, coaching, consulting and career guidance for union members and youth... At the same time, the Delegation will survey, absorb, synthesize opinions, recommendations and proposals of the district and report to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
