On the morning of July 15, the Inspection Delegation of the Party Charter Subcommittee of the 14th National Congress led by Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department had a working session at the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee.
Receiving and working with the delegation were Party Central Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung; Provincial People's Council Chairwoman Huynh Thi Chien Hoa; comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee and representatives of relevant units.

At the meeting, delegates focused on evaluating the results of Party building work during the 13th Congress term and 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025) of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee.
Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee currently has 20 affiliated Party Committees with 865 affiliated grassroots Party organizations, 13 affiliated Party Committees and 4,784 affiliated Party cells. The total number of Party members in the province is 88,205.
Immediately after the 13th National Party Congress, the Standing Committee of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee promptly disseminated and thoroughly grasped the Resolution of the Party Congress and deployed Action Program No. 11-CT/TU, dated August 9, 2021 to successfully implement the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress throughout the provincial Party Committee.

Regarding the implementation of the Party Charter (2011-2025), the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee for the terms 2010-2015, 2015-2020, 2020-2025 have issued plans to organize research, disseminate the Charter, regulations and instructions on the implementation of the Party Charter for key cadres from the province to the grassroots. Party committees at all levels have seriously implemented the dissemination of the Party Charter and the Central Committee's regulations and instructions on the implementation of the Party Charter.

At the same time, it was assessed that the new situation and context brought both opportunities and challenges, posing great demands on the work of Party building and the implementation of the Party Charter. Therefore, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia also suggested a number of issues that need to be focused on leading and directing implementation in the coming time, such as: continuing to perfect the institution, creating a strong breakthrough in the work of Party building and Party rectification; promoting administrative reform in the Party associated with building a clean and strong political system; strengthening and consolidating people's trust, enhancing the leadership role and fighting strength of the Party; fundamentally and comprehensively innovating personnel work, improving the quality of cadres at all levels; building and perfecting mechanisms and policies to attract and promote talents; strengthening discipline in the Party, resolutely fighting against corruption and negativity, etc.
Regarding local opinions and recommendations, the survey team fully recorded and synthesized them to complete the report of the Party Charter Subcommittee of the 14th National Congress in the coming time.
