The Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks said that from now until the end of the year, the demand for labor recruitment of enterprises will increase.
Currently, 12 enterprises have registered to recruit 5,800 workers. Of these, enterprises need to recruit about 2,800 workers in the steel rolling industry; the rest are workers in the garment, footwear, electronics, textile, etc. industries.
The salary proposed by enterprises ranges from 5-15 million VND per month. In addition, to attract workers, enterprises apply many preferential policies such as bonuses and signing indefinite-term labor contracts after the probationary period ends.

At the end of the year, businesses are speeding up to complete orders signed with partners. Therefore, the demand for labor recruitment increases. However, the number of workers submitting applications is low compared to the recruitment needs of businesses. Businesses and management boards are coordinating to promote propaganda activities to bring recruitment information to workers.
Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Zones have 346 valid projects. The total registered investment capital is about more than 18 billion USD. Currently, there are 249 projects in operation, creating jobs for more than 66,000 workers.
