Dong Nai enterprises are disseminated the revised Law on Social Insurance and Health Insurance in 2024

(DN) - On the morning of August 28, Dong Nai Social Insurance (SI) continued to propagate and disseminate the Law on Social Insurance and the Law on Health Insurance (HI) 2024, amended and supplemented for the fifth time in August 2025, and held direct dialogues with businesses and business households in the province.

Participating units were informed of the legal policies on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance (UI) by officers from the Collection Management Department, the Policy and Regime Department of Dong Nai Social Insurance and the Policy Department, Dong Nai Provincial Department of Home Affairs. Accordingly, some common violations in enterprises were clearly stated and violations of the law were handled, especially sanctions and criminal penalties for acts of evading payment of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and fraud of social insurance and health insurance. At the same time, it was requested that employers raise awareness of strictly complying with regulations to avoid legal risks.

The unit also noted that some enterprises were late in paying social insurance, reviewed and checked the number of employees who had not fully paid social insurance, and requested that the payment be completed as soon as possible, before applying inspection and handling measures for violations.
