The fourth quarter is the time when businesses accelerate production to meet market demands and complete their annual plans. This year, in the context of a challenging economy coupled with the significant impact of Typhoon No. 3, businesses in the province need to proactively and flexibly seek solutions to boost production, diversify product markets, provide quality services, strive to complete their 2024 plans as best as possible, and lay the groundwork for 2025.

Despite suffering serious damage after Typhoon No. 3, Quang Ninh Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company focused its manpower and equipment to quickly repair the factory system, bringing processing and production activities back to normal about two weeks after the storm. In this fourth quarter, the company aims to increase production to compensate for the decline in output, striving to complete the 2024 plan of delivering approximately 2,500 tons of goods to customers.
Mr. Nguyen Cong Luong, Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company, shared: "The company will implement all solutions comprehensively, focusing on meeting salary and bonus requirements, encouraging employees to work overtime, and concentrating on producing and processing seafood products to fulfill export orders for the Japanese and Taiwanese (China) markets. We are also striving to find new orders to generate revenue for the company."
In the final months of 2024, businesses in the province strived to overcome difficulties while focusing on boosting production and business, maintaining stable employment for workers. In addition, depending on their specific business sector, units restructured their operations accordingly, actively embraced digital transformation, and seized every opportunity to secure new orders and expand their markets.
As a young enterprise operating in the field of providing digital solutions to improve management and business efficiency, ATH Digital Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company has recently received a great deal of trust from partners including businesses and government agencies. From May 2024 to the present, the company has signed nearly 50 large-value contracts to supply digital solutions and equipment. As of the fourth quarter of 2024, the company is operating at full capacity, installing digital solutions and projects for its clients.

Mr. Ngo Ba Son Tung, Director of the company, said: "Currently, the demand for digital transformation from customers is very high, especially for high-tech security surveillance equipment and digital solutions capable of supporting business data analysis, helping business and sales operations become more accurate, faster, and more professional. During this year-end period, all our technical staff are constantly traveling to various locations in the province to implement digital projects. In addition, we are coordinating with several industry partners to ensure the progress and needs of our customers are met. The digital transformation market is booming, and in 2025, we will expand our programming training courses throughout the province."

At the end of the year, businesses and investors in all sectors are striving to compensate for the losses caused by Typhoon No. 3, thereby contributing to the overall development of the province. Besides maximizing the impetus from the Party and State policies, and monetary policies, many businesses have been flexible in their production and business operations, launching many new products and services to maintain sustainable operations.
In particular, the processing and manufacturing industry has continued to play a leading role in the past 10 months with a growth rate of over 26%. Quang Ninh province has been creating all favorable conditions for the processing and manufacturing industry to maximize its production capacity and strive to put the Thanh Cong Automobile Factory into operation and start construction of the Quang Ninh LNG power plant in the fourth quarter of this year…
Service activities also quickly recovered and experienced stable growth, leading to a significant increase in revenue from accommodation, food, and travel during the year-end period. In the near future, 39 new tourism products from various businesses will be launched, focusing on high-class products associated with Ha Long Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay, and other locations.
The market recovery, coupled with the business development efforts of enterprises in the last months of the year, has been driving the overall recovery of the business community in the province, contributing to socio-economic development and achieving the province's growth targets for 2024 and subsequent years.
