
On the afternoon of August 22, Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan and the delegation of the Ministry of Health visited the exhibition area of the Ministry of Health "Vietnam Health - 80-year journey for people's health" within the framework of the exhibition "Achievements of the Country - 80 years of Journey of Independence, Freedom, Happiness", at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (Co Loa, Dong Anh, Hanoi ).



The Ministry of Health 's exhibition booth is not simply a place for display, but a journey through images, light and stories, recreating 80 years of dedication, from tradition to modernity, from hardship to aspiration to reach far, carrying the message: "Healthcare is a journey for people".

Technicians are rushing to install and adjust decorative details with the “80 years” symbol standing out on a red background. The bustling atmosphere behind the scenes shows that items are being completed to prepare for the opening exhibition.
The interesting point of the exhibition booth is the virtual reality experience area and the use of AI applications in image diagnosis, completely free of charge.


People can bring their CT scan (Computerized Tomography) information file here, the technical department will enter the information into the data scan, it only takes 1-2 minutes to diagnose the health condition with specific parameters and images.
The technology has applications such as detecting tumors and lung lesions with up to 98% accuracy, early detection of lung cancer by simultaneously analyzing CT images, endoscopy and histopathology, and technology to support the diagnosis of complex cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction...
This is a state-level research topic of Bach Mai Hospital that will be brought to this Exhibition to serve the people.


Here, people can experience the HoloLens augmented reality glasses. HoloLens is one of the most advanced devices of augmented reality technology (AR - Augmented Reality) developed by Microsoft.
Unlike traditional VR glasses that “bring users into the virtual world”, HoloLens allows combining virtual images with the real environment right in front of the eyes, creating a vivid and intuitive experience.

The layout of the exhibition space of the Ministry of Health "Vietnam Health - 80-year journey for people's health" is divided into three parts: Past, present and future.


Part 1 is Medicine in the resistance war - for national independence: A space recreating the bloody years of military doctors, highland medics, and field clinics on the battlefield.


Part 2: Remarkable achievements - Towards universal health care: The centerpiece of the booth - depicting the industry's great strides in recent decades.

Part 3: Healthcare close to the people - Future: Smart healthcare, sustainable development: This space takes viewers into a new perspective: healthcare associated with advanced technology, from AI, Big Data, regenerative medicine to remote medical examination and treatment.

Titanium implants are manufactured using 3D printing technology. 3D printing technology helps create implants with the exact size and shape according to the anatomical structure of each patient, meeting the highest standards.


When experiencing at the Ministry of Health's booth, people will receive free health checks, and can also register to donate organs and blood.

The exhibition of the country's achievements in the 80-year journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness is an extremely large event, unprecedented to date, with the participation of 28 ministries, 94 private enterprises, 12 state-owned enterprises with a total of 180 industries and more than 230 booths.
The exhibition will take place from August 28 to September 5, open to the public from 9am to 10pm every day.
